Insurance
At Smiles Art Dentistry, we work with several insurances, including major PPOs : Delta Dental, BlueCross Blue Shield Texas, Cigna, Guardian, United Healthcare any many other insurances.. Even if you don't see your provider here, we will process and file all claims on your behalf. We are adding new insurances daily, so please call us at (713) 266-2265 to confirm that we accept yours.
Payment Options
Smiles Art Dentistry accepts cash, checks, and credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover. We also offer in-house payment plans and work with Care Credit, a third-party financing option that works like a healthcare credit card for dental needs.
No insurance? no problem. We've got you covered. We offer in house membership plans. Our comprehensive plans can help you get the care you and your family need at a cost that fits within your budget.
Unlike other membership plans, our membership plans include premium services, like Velscope cancer screening, fluoride treatments, and Itero digital wellness scans.
We also include cleanings, exams, and routine x-rays at no additional cost. You also won't have to worry about deductibles, waiting periods, annual maximums, denials of claims, or pre-approvals with any of our membership plans.
Patients with periodontal disease have a separate plan to fit their needs for frequent cleaning.
MEMBERSHIP DUES: Dues are subject to change annually.
Adult members dues are $499.
Child members dues are $399. A child is defined as under 12 years of age.
Perio member dues are $699.
